Got on the scale when I got back....I'm an even 200lbs now. I was 222 a couple of months ago, then got down to about 195 a couple weeks ago, now I'm at 200. My goal is around 185. I kinda slacked on my working out and eating when I hit 195, so it's time to get back serious. Weekly updates will be in order....
Note: I'm not a health nut or a fitness expert or anything, but I do have an admiration and appreciation for those who have the self-discipline to keep their bodies in peak physical condition. Plus, I've always been an athlete, so I've never really been "out of shape".
